Edward Allan Murphy, Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Murphy is a seasoned business executive with an extensive and successful background as an entrepreneur in the information systems and healthcare fields. Mr. Murphy joined AZTECH Company, a software and computer services business in Washington, DC, in its formation stage as its chief technology officer and treasurer in 1971. Following the sale of his equity in this company, Mr. Murphy co-founded Dental Benefit Providers (DBP) in 1984. Through his leadership and acumen, DBP and its insurance subsidiaries grew to become the 7th largest dental specialty insurance company in the United States by 1998 when he orchestrated its sale to UnitedHealth Group (UNH: NYSE) as its platform to enter the dental insurance industry.
Mr. Murphy remained its chairman and chief executive, and assumed the role of an operating company CEO of the Specialized Care Services division of UnitedHealth Group until December 2002 when he retired to family life. During his tenure in the healthcare industry, Mr. Murphy held various leadership positions with his industry’s trade association including chairing the board of directors for two of the six years he held leadership posts.

| Dr. Wiebers is Emeritus Professor of Neurology and former Division Chair at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where he has been a leading clinician, teacher and clinical researcher. He has also served as Director of the Mayo Stroke Center and consultant in Clinical Epidemiology at Mayo.
He has been a visiting professor at 77 academic medical centers in 17 countries and has authored more than 340 scientific publications, 5 medical textbooks and 2 books for the general public. He has led multiple large NIH funded research grants including the International Study of Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms involving 61 centers in 14 countries.
Dr. Wiebers has had a leadership role in medical practice, epidemiological and research initiatives in several countries including the Soviet Union, Russia, Vietnam, New Zealand and Switzerland. He has been the recipient of 22 international and 55 U.S. awards for scientific and medical achievement and recently received the Distinguished Career Award from the Mayo Foundation. He is referenced in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.
Dr. Wiebers has also served as Chair of the Board of Directors of The Humane Society of the United States, the world’s largest animal protection organization based in Washington, D.C., and is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Society for the Protection of Animals based in London, England.

| Mr. Bradley, a native of Washington, D.C., graduated from Swarthmore College and holds a M.B.A. from Harvard and a J.D. from Georgetown. During his early 20s, he served as a Fulbright Scholar in the Philippines.
Mr. Bradley launched his first company, The Advisory Board Company, a for-profit think tank ultimately serving 4,000 corporations, financial institutions and medical centers around the world. The Advisory Board and its sister enterprise, the Corporate Executive Board, today are public companies, listed on NASDAQ. Bradley sold his ownership in the two companies soon after their public listing.
Today, Mr. Bradley owns Atlantic Media Company, the publisher of several high-end magazines and news services for the national and Washington professional classes. Company holdings include The Atlantic, National Journal, Congress Daily, Government Executive and the Hotline. Atlantic Media employs just over 350 professionals.

| Mr. Delaney is the co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE), a leading commercial lending, investment and asset management business focused on the middle market. As of December 31, 2006 CapitalSource managed a $17 Billion portfolio of owned and managed assets. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of CapitalSource since the company’s inception in 2000. From 1993 until its sale to Heller Financial in 1999, Mr. Delaney was founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HealthCare Financial Partners, Inc. (former NYSE: HCF), a provider of commercial financing to healthcare service companies.

| Mr. Epstein is the founding member of the law firm of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., one of the first law firms to specialize in health care law when established in 1973, and which has since grown to approximately 400 attorneys with 11 domestic offices. Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is the largest health care law firm in the United States (as reported by Modern Health Care) and is generally recognized as one of the leading such law firms in the Country.
Mr. Epstein, a graduate of Columbia Law School (L’68) currently serves as Chairman of the Columbia Law School Board of Visitors. He received Columbia University’s Distinguished Alumni Award at Columbia University’s 2007 graduation ceremonies. Mr. Epstein was also awarded the Tufts University Distinguished Alumni Award in 1999 and currently serves on Tufts Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
Mr. Epstein has been referred to as the “father of the health care industry” as stated in Chamber USA and was selected as a member of the Greater Washington Elite by Washington Smart CEO. | Weldon H. Latham is a senior partner with the international law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where he Chairs the Firm’s Corporate Diversity Counseling Group. He advises the CEOs of Fortune 200 companies on various complex diversity matters, from crisis management to highly confidential and sensitive preventive matters. He has resolved major class action discrimination cases and was dubbed “The Brains Behind Diversity Crisis Management” by Diversity, Inc magazine for his representation of Texaco, Coca-Cola, Boeing, General Motors, et al. in high-profile disputes.
Mr. Latham Chairs the Deloitte External Diversity Advisory Board and is Chair of the Legal Committee of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Mr. Latham serves on the Board of Telecommunications Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed, high technology company. He is also a member of Economic Club of Washington, American Employment Law Council, and is National Co-chair of the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.

Maurice Strong |

| Mr. Strong has served several times as Under Secretary-General and Senior Advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, as well as Senior Advisor to the President of the World Bank. He was associated closely with the World Economic Forum from its inception, most recently as a member of its Foundation Board. In 1999 he became Chairman and Rector of the University for Peace established by the United Nations in Costa Rica and served it for several years.
Mr. Strong is best known for his leadership in the internationalization of the environmental movement as Secretary-General of the Stockholm Conference in 1972, which put the issue on the international agenda, first head of the UN Environment Program, Secretary General of the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro, Chairman of the World Resources Institute, and Founder of the Earth Council.
Mr. Strong is currently active in business as Chairman of Strovest Holdings, Technology Development Corporation and Cosmos International, he was previously active in positions including President of Power Corporation of Canada, Chairman and CEO of Petro-Canada, and Chairman of Ontario Hydro. Mr. Strong has had a long association with China where he was a founder of the Canada-China Business Council and continues to be active there in the environment, technology and energy fields.
Mr. Strong's professional and public services accomplishments have been recognized in a number of Honours, including Membership of the Queen's Privy Council of Canada, Swedish Royal Order of the Polar Star, the Order of Canada, 53 Honorary Doctorates and six professorships from universities worldwide.
